摘    要:植物油是一种潜在的绿色润滑剂基础油,但其氧化安定性较差制约了它的应用。考察了清净剂和抗氧剂对米糠油高温清净性及氧化安定性的影响。结果表明:传统的含有金属离子的清净剂及抗氧抗腐剂对米糠油的高温清净性及氧化安定性没有提高,甚至会降低这两者性能;而不合金属离子的抗氧剂TL-57能改善这两者性能。

Abstract:Vegetable oils are potential green lubricating base oils, but the bad oxidation stability restricts its application. In this .paper ,the effect of detergent and antioxidant on high temperature detergency and oxidation stability of vegetable oils is studied. The results show that the common petroleum product additives containing metal ions cannot improve high temperature detergency and oxidation stability of rice oil, rather, they even decrease the two preferences. But amine type antioxidants without metal ions such as TL - 57 can improve the two performances of rice oil.
