应急机场沥青道面高温稳定性试验研究

摘    要:利用MTS~810型材料伺服试验机对应急机场道面沥青混凝土进行了高温条件下车辙试验和蠕变试验。试验结果表明:随应力的增大,沥青混凝土的弹性应变增大,塑性应力增大,破坏时间提前,应变的发展速度越来越快;得出了应急机场道面沥青混凝土的粘、弹性参数与应力的关系及本构模型;求出了不同机型的不同胎压作用下应急机场面层沥青混凝土的动稳定度;根据应急机场跑道上的飞机重复作用次数及车辙试验结果,计算了不同胎压作用下应急机场沥青混凝土面层的变形厚度,在允许寿命内面层沥青混凝土的动稳定度满足要求。

Abstract:Rutting test and uniaxial creep test are done in high temperature conditions with the material testing system - 810 to investigate the high temperature stability of emergency airport facing asphalt concrete. The experimental results show that elastic strain increases, elastic stress augments, fail time shortens and strain develops faster as the load stress increases. The relationship of viscosity parameter and elasticity parameter vs. The load stress and dynamic stability of the facing asphalt concrete at different load are educed. And the deformation thickness at different load stress is computed according to the landing times on the airstrip and the rutting test result of the material, which shows that the facing asphalt concrete dynamic stability is acceptable during air- strip lifetime.
