摘    要:参照聚酯的流变性,选用高黏和黏弹性介质作为试验物系,在Φ600,Φ2 000的圆盘反应器中冷模考察旋转盘环上介质成膜条件、膜厚、持液量、液膜运动速度、膜表面更新等流动行为,探讨了纯黏性介质和黏弹性介质流动行为差异,为圆盘反应器结构改进和终缩聚反应—传质计算模型建立奠定了必要的基础.部分研究结果已在我国大型聚酯装置扩容改...

Abstract:The high viscous and viscoelastic fluids are used as experimental medium according to rheological properties of the molten poly(ethylene terephthalate).The liquid film movement aspects such as film-forming thickness,liquid hold up,velocity distribution,surface renewal and so on are studied by cold simulation in 600,2 000 disc-ring reactors,respectively,the difference between viscous and viscoelastic liquid film movement is investigated.Results in this research provide essential theoretical basis for establishing model of polycondensation reaction and mass transfer and design of improving on reactors.
