摘    要:罐顶板的缺陷检测对于评估立式拱顶罐的使用状况有着重要的意义,它的应用有助于更好地掌握立式拱顶罐的安全状况与可靠程度。将声发射法应用于罐顶板材料的检测,并对相关的设备仪器及操作流程进行介绍。为了给检测结果提供对照和参考,利用有限元分析法对拱顶瓜皮板的稳定最不利点进行了初步分析和定位。分析结果表明:顶板中上部肋板围成的区域可能会产生稳定最不利点,该部位应作为检测时重点关注的区域。

Abstract:The defect inspection of tank roof is of great importance to the estimation of oil tank' s condition in that it can help obtain oil tank' s safety status and its reliability level. The method of acoustic emission inspection is applied to detect the defect. Several equipments and instruments related are introduced and the operation procedure is presented. In order to provide references for the inspection results, the tank roof' s stabilization of extremepressure points is located and analysed with the help of finite ele ment analysis method. The analysis results indicate that stabilization of extremepressure points is more likely to appear in those ar eas which are surrounded by rib plates on the upper area of tank roof. These areas deserve more attention during the procedure of in spection on tank roof.
