摘    要:机动管线在穿越河流时常采用水面浮运的方式铺设到对岸,铺设过程中,准确计算管线所受拉力是可靠地设计穿越装备、管线安全施工及运行的关键。建立了水面浮运的数学模型,得出了受力面积的选取方法,利用积分法导出了管线两端拉力的计算公式,指出了影响拉力的因素。采用3种流速方式分别计算出管线两端的拉力并进行了比较,采用符合实际情况的水面流速函数计算出的结果比较合适,对铺设设备的选取提供了理论支撑,对管线铺设有一定的参考价值。

Abstract:The mobile pipelines often cross the river by the way of floating on the surface,in the laying process,to accurately calculate the pulling force is key to the design of through-equipment,the security of pipeline construction and operation.The floating surface mathematical model is established.The method of selecting force area is derived.The formula for calculating the pulling force at both ends is obtained by using integral method.The factors which affect the rally are pointed out.The pulling force at both ends under three different types of velocity of flow is calculated and compared.
