机械振动谱图分析诊断

摘    要:所有运行的机器都在振动,振动是机器的脉搏,是机器状况的表征。振动谱图则是振动的体现形式之一,是机械运行状态的变化在振动信息中的反映。文中简述振动测量的基本原理,归纳了识别振动谱图要经过频率计算、读谱等步骤,重点对倒频谱分析、功率谱分析法、复包络谱分析、时序模型参数分析法、最大熵谱分析法、自适应消噪法等现有的机械振动谱图诊断技术进行了分析比较,并对其应用前景给予预测和展望,得出各种诊断技术适用对象及其精度。这些结论对机械振动谱图的识别、分析、诊断提供了一定价值的依据。

Abstract:All running machines are under vibration,which is the machine's pulse, and the machine's superficial feature as well. The vibration spectrogram is one information form of the vibration and manifests the mechanical change of running status in the vibration information reflection. In the paper, the author summarizes the basic principle of vibrate test, induces that the recognition of vibration spectrogram should undergo the frequency computation, read spectrogram and so on, emphatically analyzes the existing diagnosis technologies of mechanical breakdown such as cepstram analysis, power spectrum analysis, complex envelope analysis, succession parameter model analysis, maximum entropy spectrum analysis, adaptive noise canceling, then gives forecast and prospect to its application prospect, reach various diagnosis technical suitable objects and its precision. These conclusions provide the certain value basis to discern, analyze and diagnose vibration spectrogram.
