| 摘 要： | 为了定量评价军队油料供应能力，依据层次分析法构造军队油料供应能力评价指标体系的层次结构，建立评价军队油料供应能力的两级指标体系。通过计算各项指标的相对权重与组合权重，采用专家评判法对各单项指标赋值，得出军队油料供应能力属于“较强”等级，这与军队油料供应保障现状是基本吻合的。

| Abstract: | In order to evaluate the POL supply ability quantificationally,tbis paper establishes the hiberarehy of index system and the level 1 and level 2 index system of the evaluation to the oil supply ability according to the AHP. By calculating the relative and combined rate of each index system and quantify each index,the conclusion that the grade of the POL supply ability is ＂better＂ can be drawn. This conclusion is conformed to reality. |
