基于Matlab的车载式起竖机构优化设计

摘    要:针对工程机械和通用后勤装备车载式起竖机构安装于车载回转平台上,布置空间受车载平台大小的限制,不易设计结构尺寸的特点,建立了车载平台起竖执行机构的优化设计数学模型,在满足几何约束,起竖时间、起竖速度和加速度约束等条件下,使顶升机构所需的驱动力最小化。并运用Matlab优化工具箱对某后勤装备车载式起竖机构进行了结构优化设计。结果表明,使用该优化设计方法在满足产品预定功能的前提下,可以明显减小顶升机构所需驱动力。

Abstract:The vehicle-mounted lift mechanism of project mechanism and logistic equipment, which is installed on the revolving platform, can not be easily devised for the space limited by the size of platform. In light of these characteristics, the optimum design mathematical model of the vehicle-mounted lift mechanism is set up to decrease the required raising force when the velocity, acceleration, time and structure of the parts are permitted. The vehicular lift mechanism is optimized by optimum toolbox of Matlab. The result shows that the required raising force can be decreased obviously and a satisfactory result can be achieved though optimizing the parameters of the lift mechanism on vehicle.
