摘    要:在役油罐的安全评估通常采用经验评估法,具有较大的盲目性。立式钢油罐强度破坏的重点区域在底圈罐壁,其作用的各变量因素具有较大的随机性,可靠性评价方法较为适用。根据结构可靠性理论推导出底圈罐壁强度失效的计算模型,并进行实例计算分析,为在役油罐的安全评估提供了一种量化的评价方法,具有一定的指导意义和参考价值。

Abstract:Assessing the safety of the oil tanks in service through experiences is usually blind. The most vulnerable area of the vertical steel oil tanks being destroyed is the bottom shell, because the variables acting on it are random, reliability analysis can be applied in assessment. In this article, the force failure calculating model of bottom shell of the oil tanks is deduced according to the structure reliability theory, an example of calculation and analysis, is given and a method of quantitative assessment is put forward,which is of reference value and instruckive significance in assess ment of the safety of oil tanks in service.
