摘    要:针对油气爆炸发展过程中压力测量的需要,提出了一种压力传感器标定的新方法。该方法基于超动态测试系统,操作简单,精度可靠,并采用最小二乘法对各测试点进行了拟合,得到了压力传感器的标定系数和其它基本性能指标,保证了测试过程中压力的准确性和精度。可在其它类似的测试系统中应用。

Abstract:By virtue of the need of pressure measurement in the development of gas and oil explosion,this article brings forward a new way of calibration of pressure sensor,which is based on the dynamic measurement system and is easy to operate and is very accurate.It still adopts the least square method to draw up the measurement points and finds the calibration coeffi- cients of the pressure sensor and other basic guidelines.The calibration ensures the accuracy and precision of pressure in the process of measurement.This method is still applicable to other similar measurement systems.
