摘    要:利用有限元分析技术,应用ANSYS分析软件对车载式金属油罐罐体的结构强度进行了分析计算,得出在各种工况下的应力分布云图。通过对计算结果的分析,找出了产生最大应力的部位及原因,为金属油罐的优化设计提供了理论依据。

Abstract:With ANSYS,the intensity of the metal oil tank carried by vehicles is analyzed by the method of finite element in this paper.Its structural stress distribution under different load condition is concluded.With the analysis of calculation results,the place and the reason of the maximum stress are pointed out.Thus,the theoretical basis is provided for the optimal design of the metal oil tank.
