| 摘 要： | 加强军队基层民主建设是深入贯彻落实科学发展观的要求。加强军队基层民主建设,要重视军队基层民主建设,以维护广大士兵的正当权益;要发挥党支部的核心领导作用,以保证基层民主建设健康发展;要发挥共青团支部和军人委员会作用,以形成发扬民主的良好机制;要开展基层民主实践活动,以提高官兵民主生活质量。
