摘 要: | 利用毛细管电色谱方法研究了在固定化人工膜基质上、不同pH值条件下电渗流的变化规律。考察了不同电压条件下,几种不同性质蛋白质的保留时间的变化规律。研究表明电驱动方式为蛋白质的分离提供了新的选择性。

Abstract: | In this paper, the changing rules of electroosmotic flow with changing pH value on the immobilized artificial membrane are studied. Meanwhile, the changing rules of several proteins with changing voltage are studied by the capillary electrochromatography method. It shows that the electronic driven method provided a new way for the protein separation. |
