摘    要:针对信息化条件下的战争系统是物质、能量和信息全面开放,交织众多反馈控制回路,呈现非线性特征的复杂耗散系统,提出了基于规范化系统动力学建模理论的量化研究框架,运用影响图方法建立了描述信息化条件下炮兵火力交战过程的微分方程模型,进而以稳定性理论对模型进行分析,讨论了炮兵信息系统能力对炮兵部队战斗力提升的非线性倍增效用。在具体想定下,通过模拟仿真,该交战模型既可为明确炮兵部队的建设重点与发展方向提供参考,也可为评估信息化条件下的炮兵作战效能,计算炮兵兵力火力需求提供一定的定量依据。

Abstract:The war system under information-based condition is a complicated dissipation system,in which,material,energy and information are opened in an all-round way and it appears a characteristic of non-linear. This paper puts forward a quantification studying frame based on standardization systematic dynamics modeling theory and utilized the method of signed digraph to set up differential equation model to describe the course of artillery firepower in the information-based condition. It also analyzes the operation model with the stability theory and researches the non-linear influence of the information upon artillery firepower engagement. Under concrete condition,through simulation,this model provides good reference for artillery troops to focus its important construction and its development direction. It can also provide certain quantificational basis to evaluate artillery combat efficiency and calculate the requirement of artillery firepower.
