| 摘 要： | 针对飞机平台对空数据链越区切换问题，对影响因素进行分析后，提出了一种基于飞机平台与数据链主控站点位置、数据链通信频率以及网络成员数量三个参数的网络优选函数。同时，考虑其参数的边界条件，得到了网络切换判决函数组。通过模拟仿真，表明了通过该判决函数组可以实现飞机平台在数据链越区切换过程中选择最优网络并入。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the influencing factors of airplane platform air-ground data link handoff, a network optimization function is put forward which based on airplane platform and consists of three parameters: data link master control station, data link communication frequency and the number of network members. Through simulation, it can be shown that this decision function can choose the optimal function for the airplane platform in data link cross-regional handoff. |
