| Abstract: | Generation mechanism of the midcourse anti-missile command and control capability is analyzed. Elements infrastructure construction mechanism, elements integrated agglomeration advantage mechanism and elements linkage emergence mechanisms are put forward. The overall composition frame of the mid course anti-missile command and control capability is constructed, and the specific composition of operational capability is analyzed in this paper, which can provide reference for the construction of anti-missile command and control system and the assessment of operational effectiveness. |
