改进型部队综合战斗力指数评估方法与模型

针对传统的部队综合战斗力指数评估方法中出现的计算结果与实际结果有较大偏差的问题,分析了其产生的原因,然后根据“综合战斗力指数”及其相关概念的定义,对“火力指数”、“生存力指数”及“机动力指数”等概念的内涵和外延进行了新的界定,并进一步通过对部队作战能力的构成及因素分析,提出了部队综合战斗力指数评估方法,建立了相应的模型。

Evaluating Method and Model of Improved Army Integrated Battle Effectiveness Index

This paper aims at the problem of biggish warp between the result and factual result appearing in the integrated battle effectiveness index evaluating method,and analyzes the cause of it,beginning from the integrated battle effectiveness index and its interrelated conception,it gives a new definition to the intension and extension of fire index,survival index and mobilized index,and brings forward the integrated battle effectiveness index evaluating method of army by analyzing the structure and factor of the army battle ability,and then,establishes the relevant model.
