便携式红外目标模拟器的设计

摘    要:针对红外型空空导弹环境试验及外场试验的要求,研制了专门的便携式目标模拟器用于配合检测导弹的截获、跟踪等总体性能。该目标模拟器设计为头罩式结构,采用微型黑体作为红外光学系统光源,具有连续、稳定、可调的辐射特性;光学系统通过由PLC控制的步进电机带动,可以实现红外目标的往返、达位运动,用来作为导弹总体性能测试时的目标源使用。详细介绍了该目标模拟器的结构、功能、特点及其系统设计方案,经实际使用,效果良好。

Abstract:Aimed at the requirement of an infrared airborne missile environment test and outdoor test,a portable infrared target simulator for detect missile macro-capability like capture,track capability test etc was developed.This target simulator can be used for aim in the missile macro-capability test,designed as hood-type structure and choose mini-blackbody as infrared optical system source.With stepper motor based on PLC control,the optical system radiation has some advantages of seriate,stable and changeable,and it has the function of reach and reciprocate movement.The structure,function,character and design scheme of the target simulator has been introduced in the paper.The test result used this target simulator was proved to be feasible and excellent.
