| 摘 要： | 以Ｃ３Ｉ指控系统为实际背景，通过分析其完成作战任务时对数据和战场情报的要求，确定以地理信息系统为指控平台的支撑软件。同时还深入分析了桌面地理信息系统软件ＭａｐＩｎｆｏ 的主要特性与技术支持，并结合上述战术要求，提出了一个基于ＭａｐＩｎｆｏ 软件平台的Ｃ３Ｉ指控系统设计方案。

| Abstract: | The geographical information system is decermined as support software of command and control platform by analysing requirements for data and battlefield intelligences when it preforms its mission,with the real background of C 3I system.The main characteristics and technical supports of MapInfo software of deck geographical information system is also analysed in detail,and a design scheme of C 3I system on the basis of MapInfo software platform is proposed in combination with tactical requirements as stated in the above. |
