基于PJ模型的雷达探测距离预报方法

摘    要:雷达波在近海面大气中传播时受到各种因素的影响,尤其是在蒸发波导条件下,电磁波的传播路径会被显著改变,使雷达的探测距离增大形成超视距探测.给出了PJ模型的计算公式,同时叙述了基于PJ蒸发波导模型对雷达探测距离进行预测的流程,并且运用X波段雷达与海上目标进行验证,结果显示预测方法结果与实测数据比较吻合.

Abstract:Radar wave can be affected by all kinds of factors when it propagates in the atmosphere over the ocean, especially in condition of evaporation duct, the path of the electromagnetic wave is changed observably. Owing to the evaporation duct, the radar detection range will be increased to realize the phenomenon of OTH(over-the-horizon) detection. In this paper, the calculation formulas of PJ evaporation duct model are given, and the flow of prediction of radar detection range based on PJ evaporation duct model is also introduced. In order to verify the method, experiments on sea moving target have been carried out using an X-band radar, and the result shows that the prediction result coincides with actual radar detection range.
