In order to studying the control and use method of terminal maneuver trajectory for anti-ship missile,the paper analyzed the interrelation of control parameter of Terminal Maneuver thoroughly,then the paper gave calculate models of control parameter under some use restriction according to attack-defense oppositional theory between anti-ship missile and ship and restriction between anti-ship missile’ s operational use,regarding maximal Miss Distance of Ship-to-Air Missile as selective warrant of terminal maneuver mode for anti-ship missile,the paper calculated the most preferential Maneuver method in some kind of terminal maneuver mode.
