摘    要:网络雷达实现了有源与无源探测一体化及雷达情报与电子对抗情报一体化,具有良好的目标定位跟踪性能。首先分析了网络雷达工作在有源无源一体模式的目标定位原理及定位的CRLB,并通过仿真说明了网络雷达的定位优势。然后根据网络雷达的特点,提出了一种基于目标状态和属性联合最近邻的数据关联算法,该算法合理地利用了目标的电子属性信息(如载频、重频、脉宽和脉内特征等)。对小角度交叉运动目标进行了跟踪仿真试验,该算法得到了很好的关联跟踪效果。

Abstract:Network Radar realizes the integration of active and passive detection,the intelligence of radar and EW together,it has good performance of the target location and tracking.The fundamentals and CRLB of the target location are analyzed in the paper.The location advantage is also demonstrated through the simulation.Then a new data association algorithm based on the nearest neighbor of the state and attribute is presented according to the characteristics of Network Radar.And the algorithm logically employs the electronic attributes of the target,such as the carrier frequency,repeated frequency,pulse width and the inside trait of the pulse.The good results of data association and target tracking can be got using the presented algorithm through the simulation of the little angle crossed targets.
