摘    要:针对复杂装备测试点众多、信号类型各异、时序严格、测试困难的问题,利用级联的FPGA实现数字部分的通信和测试,在JTAG配置和主动串行配置的基础上,提出了一种利用上位机+微控制器+FPGA的灵活配置方案,提高了在线测试系统的集成度、可扩展性和保密性。

Abstract:In the ATS for complex equipments,FPGAs are used to simulate and monitor all the digital signals.But there are a large number of test points which differ greatly and are difficulty of testing.In response to features above,this paper proposed a flexible scheme of FPGA configuration with Upper machine + MCU + FPGA model basing on JTAG and Active Series Configuration,which improves the testing system aggregation,expandability and secrecy.
