| Abstract: | This paper introduces the design process of image collection and processing software in target recognition and tracking system. At first this paper introduces target recognition and tracking system. Then the whole process of video image acquisition to target image acquisition and transmission is described in detail,and aims at the process nodes in-depth study ,which to obtain the target image in two ways. |
