基于模糊AHP的武警分队处突效能评估

当前国内局势不太稳定,武警部队作为处置突发事件的主要力量,必须随时做好战备工作。通过分析影响武警分队处突效能的主要因素,建立了武警分队处突效能评估指标体系,给出评估模型。利用层次分析法AHP(The Analytic Hierarchy Process)确定各指标的权重,应用专家打分法确定单因素评判矩阵,最后运用模糊综合评判模型对某武警分队处突效能进行评估。评估结果与处突分队现实表现能力相一致。该方法不仅可以为首长机关在处突时提供决策支持,而且还可以根据评估结果对该分队的短板进行针对性训练,提高战斗力。

Emergency Effectiveness Evaluation of PAP Detachments Based on Fuzzy AHP Method

Nowadays,the domestic situation is not stable,the People's Armed Police as the main force of the disposal of emergency,they must be ready to make efforts to combat at any time. By analyzing the main elements of the emergency effectiveness of PAP detachments,this paper establishes a comparative comprehensive the emergency effectiveness evaluation index system of PAP,and gives the evaluation model. Then by using fuzzy analytic hierarchy process (AHP)method to determine the weight of each index. Expect scoring method is used to determine a single factor evaluation matrix. Finally,the model of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is used,the emergency effectiveness of PAP detachments is evaluated. The evaluation result is consistent with its reality performance ability. This assessment method not only for heads of government to provide decision support when in face of emergency,but also can based on the evaluation result for the team's weakness with specific training at ordinary times,to improve the battle effectiveness.
