| 摘 要： | 以信息系统五层评估框架为基础,提出了一种以作战效能为"果"、以系统效能为"因"的作战计划评估思想,给出了一种主从分析链系统效能指标构建方法,设计了一套多视图的作战计划辅助分析工具。应用表明,该方法可以有效发现作战计划中存在的问题,提高作战计划的可行性。

| Abstract: | Based on the five layers assessment framework of information system,an evaluating idea for operational plan is proposed,which puts Metric of Force Effect (MOFE)as effect while metric of effect(MOE)as cause. A master-slave analysis chain method for the building of metric of effect(MOE) is given. A set of multi-views tool for operational plan assistant analysis is designed. Application shows that this method can effectively find the problems existing in the operational plan and improve the feasibility of the operational plan. |
