| 摘 要： | 基于多属性决策理论,建立了一种战斗机综合效能的多属性评估框架.评估属性包括:飞机机动性.几何完善性,结构完善性,续航性,飞机使用保障技术特性,武器、火控和航空电子系统特性,以及全寿命周期费用.综合效能评估采用TOPSlS方法,回避了将各评估参数综合成单一效能度量值的困难.采用最小信息折衷评估方法确定属性权重.对F-15C、F-16A、F-18A三种战斗机的综合效能进行了评估、对比.
