| 摘 要： | 作战指挥工作流程的建模与仿真可以用于研究指挥机构的运行状态,找到工作流程的效率瓶颈,发现各类指挥人员、计算机等指挥资源比例的不合理之处,提出改进方案.首先分析了作战指挥工作流程具有的特殊性,在剖析目前其他领域工作流程建模方法的基础上,创新性地提出"基于业务能力"的建模方法,并探讨了适应作战指挥的建模方法.
