首先在对当前复杂装备故障传播特点进行分析的基础上,参考层次分析理论.对于层次分析在故障诊断中应用的有效性进行了阐述.最后,结合工程实践,对于装备层次诊断模型的建立,提出了将装备功能结构层次模型与故障层次模型进行相关建立的方法,并给出了诊断推理过程的基本搜索策略,对于提高复杂装备的故障诊断效率具有一定的工程应用价值.

Application of Hierarchical Analysis to Fault Diagnosis

First,this paper analyses the characteristic of the fault transfer of complicated equipment,and describes the availability of the application of hierarchical analysis to fault diagnosis by reference to the theory of hierarchical analysis.Then,it represents the method of building the equipment fault hierarchical model correlative with function hierarchical model,and gives the base search rule of the diagnosis reasoning process,it is available for enhance the efficiency of the fault diagnosis of complicated equipment.
