摘    要:针对因人机工程模块中缺乏中国大陆成年人数字模型而导致CATIA软件在座舱性化设计适用性差的现象,以GJB4856-2003和指控舱结构设计参数需求为依据,建立了中国大陆成年男子P5、P95人体数字模型和指控舱三维模型,通过人体模型对指控舱的虚拟操作,分别评价了驾驶舱的视野域、操作域和舒适度等方面布局工效,得到了各工效布局评价的结果,并提出了改进建议。

CATIA Analysis on One Command-control Tank Based on Virtual Man-machine Environment
Abstract:To solve the problem that the lack of Chinese adults’digital models in the module of ergonomics will result in the bad performance of CATIA in the individualized design of cockpit, Chinese adults’P5 & P95 human digital model and the command-and-control tank’s 3D model are established according to GJB4856-2003 and parameter requirements for the design of the command -control tank’s structure. Based on pseudo operations which human digital model performs in the command-control tank,ergonomic layout designs of the cockpit are evaluated from perspectives of view field,operating field and comfort level. Results of evaluations are obtained and suggestions for improvement are provided.
