基于灰色层次模型的新型装备战斗力评估

从武警部队武器装备快速形成战斗力的客观需求出发,分析了影响新型装备战斗力生成的关键因素,建立了装备战斗力生成评估指标体系。从装备的质量标准、装备的数量标准、人员与装备的有效结合、装备的综合保障能力、装备的能动性等5个方面进行评估,运用层次分析法以及灰色理论,对装备形成战斗力进行综合评估。并以部队现役某型装甲防暴车为例,通过求解其评估值,证明该方法的可行性,为部队实践和装备战斗力评估提供了参考。

Evaluation of Capability of New-type Equipment Based on Grey-AHP

Based on the need of faster-generating capability of new-type equipment of CAPF,this paper analyzes the key factors influencing generating capability of new-type Equipment. The evaluating index system of generating capability of new-type equipment is established. From the equipment quality standards,equipment quantity standard,personnel and equipment,equipment of the effective combination of comprehensive support capability,equipment initiative five aspects to assess. The AHP and grey system is used for the evaluation of generating capability of new-type equipment. The method is proved to be feasible by the solution of the evaluation index of an armoured anti-riot vehicle and can provide reference for the practice of CAPF and the evaluation of the capability of equipment.
