基于压阻敏感元件的压力信号调理电路设计

摘    要:针对压力信号测量中压阻式敏感元件的压力信号易受温度影响,并且压力信号中常常会混有噪声干扰信号的问题,设计了一种新的基于压阻式敏感元件的压力信号调理电路。该方案采用恒流源供电方式消除温度影响,通过放大电路将传感器输出的微弱信号放大,再经抗混叠低通滤波电路滤除干扰信号;并对压力信号调理电路中各个模块进行了理论分析和试验验证。通过试验表明:该信号调理电路将温度影响减小到0.01%,并且能够有效地滤除压力信号中的高频信号。

Design of Pressure Signal Adjustment Circuit Based on Piezoresistive Sensitive Element
Abstract:According to the problems that the pressure signal of piezoresistive sensitive element is easily affected by temperature and the pressure signal is often mixed with noise,a new pressure signal adjustment circuit based on piezoresistive effect is designed. The constant current source circuit is designed to eliminate temperature influence,and the amplifier circuit enlarges the weak output signal, then through the circuit of the anti-aliasing low-pass filter filters interference signals. And every module in the pressure signal adjustment circuit is theoretical analyzed and experimented. By means of test,the signal conditioning circuit reduces the temperature influence to 0.01% and high frequency noise in the sensor signal can be effectively filtered through this sensor signal adjustment circuit.
