| 摘 要： | 目前,国内对航空系统作战效能的分析评估及研究工作正在逐步深入,但这些研究基本上都忽略了很重要的一个因素--飞行员.从飞行员自身的角度和飞机人机界面的角度分析了飞行员对航空系统作战效能的影响,同时提出了提高飞行员自身素质的建议,着重讨论了飞行员幕僚系统这一复杂系统工程的实现过程及其对辅佐飞行员、提高作战效能的重要性.

| Abstract: | Now many people are study and working for the operational effectiveness of aviation,but the pilot's influence on it is ignored.Two aspects are discussed about the pilot's influence on effectiveness of aviation: pilots themselves,and fighter interface to pilots.Accordingly,two advices are advanced: improving pilot's technology,and studying and realize pilot's associate system.This paper emphasis the importance of pilot's associate system. |
