模糊综合评判在装备操纵手遴选中的运用

装备操纵手的选拔是部队一项经常性的重要工作,它对于更好地发挥武器装备技术性能,提高部队战斗力有着极其重要的作用。但是,目前的操纵手选拔工作定性较多、主观随意性大,缺乏科学的理论指导。依据人机环境系统工程理论,采用模糊综合评判决策法对装备操纵手选拔工作需把握的诸因素和选拔评判过程进行建模与量化分析,得到了与实际结果相一致的结论。它的应用对于正确科学地选拔装备操纵手有重要意义。

The Application of Fuzzy Decision to the Selection of the Equipment Operator

The selection of the equipment operator is a regular and important task,to keep the equipment working better and improve the battle effectiveness greatly.However,presently it is qualitative,subjective,optional and lack of science to a great extent.According to the theory of man-machine-environment system engineering,this paper analyzes quantificationally the factors and the decision process of the equipment operator selection with fuzzy decision method.Furthermore,an example is given to describe the detailed process of its application,and comes to the conclusion in accord with the practice.It is significant to the scientific and correct selection of the equipment operator.
