警卫部队信息化建设新发展的实践与思考

随着全国公安机关部署以信息化建设为龙头的＂三项建设＂全面展开,警卫部队的信息化建设也进入一个新的发展阶段.在新一轮信息化建设过程中,真正促进警卫部队整体战斗力的提升,需要对前一阶段的信息化建设有一个理性的回顾和冷静的思考.结合上海警卫工作实际和警卫部队特点,对信息化建设进一步发展的具体思路进行了探索性阐述,提出一些新的观点和理念.
