| Abstract: | The team spirit training of security staff must be strengthened in security work, especially the sense to act together in the ways of cooperation and dedication. The chief principle and methods should be put into practice, which refers to strengthening team cohesion, inspiring enthusiasm, helping security guard become more experienced, developing their consciousness. |
