| 摘 要： | 现阶段我国群体性事件逐渐成为影响社会稳定的重要问题.群体性事件参与者普遍的失衡心理、自认为行为＂合理＂的片面心理、侥幸投机心理和易受感染的从众心理是酿成群体性事件的重要社会心理特征.加强心理疏导是预防和处置群体性事件的重要措施之一.

| Abstract: | Current massive disturbances become an influential problem affecting social order and stability. The major mental characteristics of these participants are the unbalance of mentality, in which they take their negative behavior as being rightness and a fluke with group psychology. Therefore, stress management is one of effective approach to remedy these mental problems. |
