| 摘 要： | 目前，我国在中朝、中蒙、中缅、中越、中老（挝）、中尼（泊尔）边境地区实行特殊的边民出入境管理，通过签发边民证方便往来，维护国家安全和边境地区的稳定。但现行边民证防伪技术含量较低，在使用中容易出现造假现象。当务之急是提高边民证的防伪性能，加强边境管理和查验，以促进边境地区的经济发展和社会稳定。

| Abstract: | In recent years, border passes of inhabitants have also been issued in some border areas between China and Korea, China and Mongolia, China and Burma, China and Laos, China and Nepel, China and Vietnam. However, the application of the border passes has also caused some problems, one of which is forged passes because they are easy to do so. The solution is to improve the technology of printing passes to guard against forged passes, inspecting and checking passes more carefully to maintain the order and the stability of border arears. |
