| 摘 要： | 当前,我国消防经费的规模随着消防事业的迅速发展正日益扩大。如何加强消防经费的管理,实现有限的经费效益最大化,确保消防部队的发展和建设显得尤为重要。通过分析现阶段消防经费管理和使用中存在的一些普遍问题,就提高消防部队经费使用效益问题,谈了几点意见。

| Abstract: | Nowadays, with the rapid development in fire army in country, the fire funds is unceasingly expanding. To ensure the development and construction of the fire army, it is especially important for us to strengthen the management of the fire funds and make its value be maximized. At first, this article points out some universal problems in the management of the fire funds, and then make some new discussions about how to enhance the value of the fire funds. |
