| 摘 要： | 针对多层商住楼的特殊性及湖南衡阳“11·3”特大火灾坍塌事故暴露出来的问题,就多层商住楼火灾发生的特点进行了分析探讨,并提出在防火和灭火救援工作中的相应对策。
