| 摘 要： | 法律的不确定性是法律固有的性质，从法律确定性和不确定性之间的关系、法律不确定性产生的原因以及法律的不确定性与法治之间关系三个方面来阐述法律的不确定性，并评价其对于社会主义法治建设的意义。

| Abstract: | Uncertainty is inherent in law. This paper expounds the uncertainty of law in terms of the relationship between certainty and uncertainty properties of law, the causes of uncertainty, and the relationship between the uncertainty of law and the rule of law. Finally it evaluates the significance of the uncertainty properties of law for building the socialist rule of law. |
