| Abstract: | Police operations are complex, full of mutations, and extremely dangerous. And the coefficient of danger in police enforcement is increasing. It is the essential enforcement capacity for each police who take part in operation, to make timely accurate comprehensive and objective assessment in order to carry out the task successfully and efficienly. |
