| Abstract: | The notion of leaders and staff of public security organ on law enforcement, closely influence and decide the work of executing the law and personnel construction of pubic security organ. On the basis of explaining the meaning of the notion of law enforcement clearly, the paper objectively analyzes the warp and deficiency of law enforcement in normal practice of police, and also deeply expatiated the content of the modern notion of law enforcement, while carrying out "three-representing" principle. |
