| 摘 要： | 出于不同目的,火灾隐患有不同的分类方法。从行政干预、社会消防法制意识、消防技术规范的变化、经济建设与消防安全的关系等方面分析了火灾隐患的成因,探讨了制约火灾隐患整改的主要因素。从建立健全消防法规体系、充分运用市场手段、推动火灾隐患整改社会化等方面详细论述了火灾隐患的整改措施。

| Abstract: | The way to categorize fires varies out of different purposes.This paper analyzes the formations of fire risk and factors to improve them in terms of executive interferences,the awareness of fire prevention,and the changes of fire laws and economic construction and fire safety.The paper also explains the counter measures in the light of the application of market economy,the socialization of fire prevention. |
