| Abstract: | In this essay, the author briefly summarized the achievements of Chinese police＇ s participation in United Nations peacekeeping operations, and analysed its problems. On this basis, proposals are given, focusing on the professional capacity building of UNPOL candidates in the predeployment training phase, in terms of selection, training, communication and deployment strategy. |
