| Abstract: | Based on the increasing complexity of mass disturbance in the border areas, this paper explores the effective ways of disposing mass disturbance by border - control forces. The paper puts forward the establishment of the corresponding joint command department of police and civilians, the selection of proper measures and the tactics by border - control forces. |
