| 摘 要： | 火灾事故调查专业性、技术性要求高,火灾调查人员在火灾事故调查过程中稍有不慎,就有可能造成无法挽回的影响.近年来,受各种因素的影响,火灾事故调查方面的信访问题时有发生.以火灾事故调查工作的实践为基础,简要总结了“坚持四个原则,提高四个能力,保持四种心态”的火灾事故调查工作方法和经验,为预防和化解火灾事故调查信访问题提供借鉴.
