| Abstract: | This paper explains and analyzes the procedure of hearing system concerning Rules for the Procedure of Dealing with Administrative Cases by Public Security Department, based on a case of the similar type by public security department. This paper explains the necessity of attaching much importance to the hearing system of the same kind and offers some suggestions regarding this hearing system. |
