| Abstract: | Strengthening the backbone contingent of the ideological and political work of colleges,which is the need and require to training qualified personnel for our society,it is the key to the ideological and political work under the new situation as well.Analysis the puzzle of how to construct the backbone contingent of the ideological and political work of colleges and universities,it proposes how to strengthening cadres contingent of the Party,Government,and the Member.And strengthen the political theory class professional construction of the teachers' contingent,and other measures. |
