摘    要:为研究煤中所含矿物质对煤自燃性能的影响,利用热重分析法、差示扫描量热法,对煤及煤与5种添加剂的混合样品的燃烧特性进行了试验研究,试验结果表明5种添加剂对煤的自燃特性、燃烧动力学参数都有影响,尤其是硫酸铜、硫、硫酸铝显著降低煤的表观活化能,对煤的燃烧起到催化作用;硫酸亚铁因含有结晶水,540℃以后发生脱水分解吸热,对煤的燃烧起到阻燃作用,而持续15 min后开始放热,催化促进煤的燃烧;硫化亚铁从540℃开始发生氧化反应,对煤的燃烧起到促进作用。

Abstract:An experimental study is conducted to test the influence of coal components on the spontaneous combustion of coal as well on the five types of addictives through thermogravimetric analysis,and differential scanning calorimetry. The results show that the addictives have produced influences on spontaneous combustion and the parameter of thermo- kinetics,especially reduced the apparent active energy by sulfur,cupric sulfate,aluminum sulfate in coal and have a catalyst function on coal. Ferrous sulfate begins a chemical reaction of dehydration absorbing heat due to crystalliferous water,which can have fire retardant effect when the temperature is above 540 ℃. Ferrous sulfide starts a oxidation reaction when the temperature is above 540 ℃.
